How to eat the cranberries beneficially?   

          Cranberry is  the bright, red berry fruit, the scientific name is Vaccinium macrocarpon. The cranberry is the source of various vitamin and mineral, such as vitamin C, vitamin E, vitamin K1, manganis, and copper, which all of these components are beneficial to the body and helps build the immunity but consuming it excessively might cause effects to the function of digestive and excretory system or may cause the risk of the occurrence of kidney stone. 

          The cranberry has salicylic acid, which has similar effects to the aspirin that relieve the pain. Those with allergies to the aspirin should avoid it and carefully consume cranberry. But drinking excessive cranberry juice might cause an increasing level of salicylic acid in the body.
