Terms and regulations for using website services which hereinafter will be called “Provider” and service subscriber which hereinafter will be called “Member” with the terms and regulations for using the service as follows:

  5. Members are prohibited from sending emails that are considered SPAM using emails that refer to this server to other people without permission or consent from the recipient.
  6. Individuals sending spam emails are responsible for any resulting damage and must agree to compensate for damages in all cases.
  7. Members must not engage in any activities that may cause damage to the server system as a whole.
  8. Do not use this service to collect or disseminate information, images, sounds or messages that are fraudulent, obscene, illegal, and immoral, including pirate software, crack, hack information, or use the services of this server in Other server attacks such as mail bombs, hack attacks, spamming, port scanning or port probing. This type of information or using the service in this manner will be considered a violation. and will be prosecuted according to the highest laws of the Kingdom of Thailand.
  9. The service provider has the right to deny or terminate services without explanation and has the right to cancel the membership of individuals who violate or attempt to violate the terms and regulations without prior notice.
  10. Members must not use the service to store, duplicate, or modify data that infringes on copyrights or provide any services to other websites that violate the terms.
  11. The service provider reserves the right to take legal action to the fullest extent of the law against any person. that attempts to do anything harmful to the server’s system.
  12. The service provider is not responsible for performance, delays, errors, or loss of data. or any damage that is beyond the control of the service provider.
  13. .The service provider reserves the right to use and/or disclose member information. When requested by city officials.
  14. .In the case where the service provider accepts complaints or encounters unusual circumstances. The service provider reserves the right to cancel or suspend the service of that member temporarily for investigation and check to find the cause of that clue.

  16. The service provider preserves the authority to promptly terminate this service under various circumstances. Conditions of returning product

Conditions of replacing or claiming product
  1. The customer must inspect the product and refuse to receive the product immediately if problems are found, such as incomplete quantities or damage, etc.
  2. Customers must first report problems with claims and return products in all cases to the Customer Relations Department, Natureprime Thailand, every time.
  3. Products that have problems with the product. You can notify of change/return. which must be verified first in every case.
  4. NatureprimeThailand.com will contact you to inform you of the results of the consideration. If the conditions are not violated and the product is ready to be exchanged. We will inquire about the exchange-return channel that is convenient for customers to return to you and make an appointment to send a new product immediately.
  5. Do not accept exchanges or returns. In the case of products that are already in use or in the case where the customer wishes to change without the cause of a product problem.
Caution : Natureprime Thailand preserves the right to rejects the returning of following products :
  • Custom made / Made to order products.
  • Electronic products.
  • Clearance product with special prize.
  • Product with limited time of use.
  • Products that are ordered do not match the personal tastes of the customer.

** Changing-claiming the product Customers must report problems within 7 days after receiving the product or service. If there is a product ready for delivery, it can be processed within 7-14 days. If not, there may be a notification of a replacement or cancellation of the purchase.

Conditions of canceling sales and returning products

When you have received the products and/or services and encounter any issues, the store reserves the right to consider product returns based on the specified conditions. In this regard, NatureprimeThailand.com’s decision is final.

Customers have the right to cancel transactions by providing a written notice or orally informing the company via email at admin@natureprimethailand.com within 3 days from the date of receiving the products or services. The products should be returned along with supporting documents referencing the purchase to the company in satisfactory condition.

  1. The product must not be damaged or destroyed due to customer actions.
  2. The product must be accompanied by a receipt/payment confirmation document from the bank or an email, along with the sales slip/tax invoice from the private courier in a plastic envelope on the package (in the case of private courier delivery).
  3. The product must not have been used, the packaging must not have been opened, tags or price tags must not have been removed, and it must be in complete condition with the original packaging or wrapping. Warranty card, manual, and product accessories must be included.
  4. The product must comply with the conditions set by the manufacturer.
  5. Products received under promotional conditions, such as gifts, exchangeable items, or buy-one-get-one-free items, must be returned along with the main product.
  6. Costs associated with returning the product, gift wrapping, special packaging, installation fees, and other service fees are non-refundable.

Return and Exchange Process:

In case of any issues with the product, customers are required to contact Natureprime Thailand through the Customer Relations department via email at support@natureprimethailand.com or through the messaging box on Facebook or other available channels. After receiving confirmation for the return or exchange from Natureprime Thailand, customers can send the problematic product back to Natureprime Thailand for inspection according to the specified conditions below :

Customers who wish to return or exchange a product are required to initiate the process themselves through Thailand Post or private courier services. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs until the products are inspected and verified by Natureprime Thailand. Once Natureprime Thailand receives the returned product, the company will contact the customer within 3 business days to confirm the return or exchange and arrange for the refund of the shipping costs paid by the customer. If it is determined that the return or exchange does not meet the specified conditions, Natureprime Thailand will return the product to the customer, and the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Conditions of reimburse the cost of product and service

The company reserves the right to consider product and service refunds without providing cash refunds in any case. The refund process will be carried out using the following methods:

  • Refund to the customer’s bank account within 2-4 days after the company confirms the return.
  • Refund to the customer’s credit card within 7 days after the company confirms the return, with the refund taking effect in the next credit card billing cycle.
